By now, you’ve had this conversation with most of your clients. They’ve read the articles, watched as their competitors announce “AI initiatives,” and now they’re sitting across from you asking, “What do we do with AI? We’ve got to do something!” They’re justifiably afraid of being left behind, becoming less competitive. They don’t know where to start and need you to tell them what makes sense.

You’ve been down this road before!

Remember when “the cloud” was new? Microsoft was exhorting everyone to get “All In!” like they were. Some customers were adopting early, while others “my data will never get outside my four walls.” They didn’t trust the security. They didn’t trust their resilience. They really didn’t have a clue.

If you’re doing the MSP job right, you’re hearing questions like this regularly. “What do we do?” “How do we get started?” “What’s our best strategy?” And you are enthusiastic about answering them, but you soon find yourself spending hours talking with your customers and don’t see much return coming from those conversations.
