When you ask many MSPs if they’re selling AI, their answer is often, “What’s there to sell?”

For them, AI seems like this enormous “thing.” They see the popular names like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, taking in subscriptions directly. They don’t immediately see what kinds of services they could offer in addition to those subscriptions. And all the news talks about how it’s redefining coding and software development and finding other ways to take everyone’s jobs. It might even take over the world. What’s there to sell?

Today, efficiency coaches say it differently. They encourage us, “If you have a big problem, took huge to tackle, then break it down into smaller pieces that you can handle.”

That’s just what we’re going to do.
