Meet Customers Where They Are with AI
“How can I help my customers with AI?” is a big question on the minds of most MSPs. Answering that starts with understanding the customer you’re helping, and meeting them where they currently are.
How you as an MSP can help your customers with AI depends upon how much you know about AI, how well you keep up with the meteoric changes coming every day, how much you understand what AI can do and should be used to do. It also depends upon where your customer is in their use of AI, where they want to go from there, and what they want to accomplish.
